I am a sandwich gal, so these Italian Sub-Inspired Sliders are my jam. To be honest, I have many sliders and sandwiches on my blog, and I love them all equally, but what’s more to share?
My family absolutely love these Italian Sub-Inspired Sliders, and we ate the whole tray pretty quickly.
Now, you can add smoked Turkey instead of ham, or use different bread instead of brioche; something like Hawaiian rolls or dinner rolls would go well.
I love using spicy salami with Genova, as well as the addition of Kentucky smoked ham.
It just gives you an amazing flavor.

In addition, I used sun-dried tomato pesto and it was amazing when it soaked into the bread and produced the most enchanting flavor and aroma.
Of course, I topped it with a pizza cheese blend and brunch on top with unsalted butter with Italian herbs, parsley, and garlic powder. What an incredible sandwich this was?!
We loved it in every way so I hope you guys make it!
