Biscuit and Mozzarella Skillet Bites
You may serve these biscuit bites with pasta or as a delicious snack.
Ingredients
- 1 can of Southern Homestyle Biscuits, 8 ct., 16.3 oz
- One pack of fresh mozzarella balls.
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Each biscuit should be divided in half, then rolled out with a rolling pin into a circle.
- Place a cheese ball in the center, then close the biscuit to form a small ball over the cheese.
- Place in the well-seasoned skillet. Make sure to leave a few gaps between each biscuit. They will raise a little so this will give them room to expand.
- Melted unsalted butter that has been combined with garlic powder and dried parsley should be applied.
- Cook for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown, in an oven that has been preheated to 375°F (190°C). After they have finished baking, you can brush some extra butter.
- Serve with any dipping sauce of your choosing.
