Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes
Total Time 22 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 package of brioche slider rolls (about 12 rolls)
  • Sliced deli meats – ham, turkey, and Italian salami mix (spicy and non-spicy)
  • Sliced cheese – Swiss, provolone, or cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard (Dijon or yellow, depending on preference)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional, for spice)
  • Poppy seeds or chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the brioche rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected.
  3. Spread a thin layer of mustard on the bottom half.
  4. Layer your deli meats and cheese evenly, then on the top half of the rolls/sliders, spread mayonnaise, and place back on.
  5. In a skillet, add butter, garlic, and chili flakes. Let the butter melt and allow it to bubble and get infused with garlic. Brush over the tops of the sliders.
  6. Sprinkle with poppy seeds or parsley for a touch of color.
  7. Bake uncovered for about 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm — they’ll disappear fast!

Notes

You can prep these football sliders a few hours ahead and refrigerate them. When it’s almost game time, just brush with butter and pop them in the oven. Easy, stress-free, and so good.
