The last time when I posted matcha Frapp, some of you liked it and some did not, however, it is still my #1 beverage on the blog. I have to say that matcha is not everyone’s cup of tea. I like it stronger and with less sugar, but that’s just me, I suppose.
The thing is, you are the one that should make changes to please your own taste buds, not just for this but for every recipe. I always say “you have to taste to know how much is too much for you”.
I am on detox this week, and it sucks… Like really sucks! I need coffee! I miss smelling coffee, the taste of coffee and that’s probably the hardest to skip… Harder than carbs. I am moody in the morning (more like all day) I want to bite. No joke!
I have to be strong few more days because I know how awesome I feel after. It’s just something that I do every season, and I start to crack after 4th day because… Well, I do have kids, and hubs that loveee to eat and I really don’t like them at the moment. I am kidding, of course, but Y’all know what I mean?!

Recipe Notes
You can add a banana to the mixture and use melon that you have or like. You can add flax seeds, Chia seeds or protein powder. Milk is up to you. I love almond milk, and yes, you can even add "Soft (silken) tofu for extra protein. In the summertime adds some ice, it's perfect and refreshing. You can also cube melon and place in the Ziploc bag, then in the freezer. It's like melon ice cubes which are great for smoothies. Actually, any frozen fruit is perfect for smoothies.
