Buttery, melty, crispy, and made for sharing, these Garlic Butter Chicken Bacon Sliders are everything I love about easy summer comfort food.
There’s something about warm sliders fresh from the oven that instantly brings everyone into the kitchen. Maybe it’s the smell of garlic butter baking into soft rolls, or maybe it’s that irresistible layer of melted Deli American tucked between juicy chicken and crispy bacon. Either way, these sliders never last long.
Made with Land O Lakes® Butter and creamy, melty Land O Lakes® Deli American, every bite is rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. The soft rolls soak up the garlic butter while the Deli American melts beautifully around the chicken and bacon, creating the perfect balance of savory, buttery goodness.

Garlic Butter Chicken Bacon Sliders
These Garlic Butter Chicken Bacon Sliders are packed with buttery garlic flavor, crispy bacon, juicy chicken, and melty cheese.
Ingredients
For the Sliders
- 1 package Hawaiian slider rolls (12-count)
- 2 cups cooked roasted chicken, shredded or sliced
- 6-8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- 6-8 slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Garlic Butter Topping
- 6 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Salted or Unsalted Butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Rolls
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Without separating the individual rolls, slice the slider buns in half horizontally.
- Place the bottom half in a lightly buttered baking dish or sheet pan.
Step 2: Layer the Filling
- Spread the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard evenly over the bottom buns.
- Layer with the roasted chicken (grilled or rotisserie chicken works well too), crispy bacon, and slices of Land O Lakes® Deli American. Place the top buns over the sliders.
Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted Land O Lakes® Butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Brush generously over the tops and sides of the rolls, making sure the garlic butter gets into all the corners for maximum flavor.
Step 4: Bake
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for 8–10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the Land O Lakes® Deli American is perfectly melted.
Step 5: Serve
- Serve warm while the Deli American is deliciously melty, and the tops are buttery and golden.
Notes
Freshly roasted chicken provides the best flavor and texture. You can also use rotisserie or grilled chicken.
Brush a little extra garlic butter over the tops right before serving.
Cook the bacon until crisp so it maintains its texture inside the sliders. If you do not eat bacon, just omit.
Hawaiian rolls work beautifully because they stay soft and tender after baking.
What to Serve with Sliders
- Pasta salad
- Potato salad
- Kettle chips
- Pickles
- Grilled vegetables
- Fresh summer fruit
Storage Tips
- Store leftover sliders covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- To reheat, place them in a 350°F oven until warmed through. This helps keep the rolls soft while maintaining their buttery texture.
