Classic Beef Tacos

Classic Beef Tacos

Let‘s Taco about these Beef Tacos… Too cheesy? I know! Every so often, we need to be cheesy to have a good day. Let me see how many of you love tacos. I can eat ravenously a dozen of these, of course, if I allow myself.

I call them delicious messes because that’s what they are. Crunchy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, and once you take a bite Holy yumminess!!!

Everything starts to fall apart, but we love that kind of food around here. Let‘s get real for a minute, no fork, knife, or proper table manners aren’t necessary when you eat tacos. Am I right or what?

There was a game on TV, and my son asked me if I knew how to make tacos. Since he was little, he didn’t remember if I made them or not.

I said: What? Tee hee hee if I know how to make, what? Is there anything that I can’t do? No, I don’t think so Well, we don’t talk about that sensitive subject. Just for your ears, cakes are my weak point, but that isn’t the biggest secret.

Seriously, I can’t make a really good-looking, delicious cake for shit. Well, even if the cake comes out delicious, decorating would be a huge issue for me.

Classic Beef Tacos

Ask me to make anything, and I will, but decorating a cake is like this whole other world.

I know that I am not alone, but let‘s leave it at that and talk about these tacos. I love making these when we have game days or even movie nights.

Sometimes I would prep a meat a day ahead and just reheat it when we naturally want to consume it. So freaking easy, right?!
