Entertaining is not my strong suit because I value my peace. You see, I’m a natural introvert as well, so I’ve long since quit forcing myself to attend social gatherings and parties. Or at least a partial one, because while I enjoy going out for lunch or a cup of coffee with my friends, anything larger is not my cup of tea.
That said, I enjoy making these plates for my family or myself when I want to watch a movie.
When I make these delectable platters for movie night, it’s usually a hit.
I prefer to use a team, such as a lox plate, but you can use any ingredients you have on hand. Instead of using a large board, you can use a small “charcuterie” snack dish.
You can also use any type of cracker you choose. I occasionally combine crackers, meats, and, of course, cheeses. However, carrying something you enjoy or have on hand is really adaptable.
If you’re a vegetarian, these are also quite simple. Putting together vegetarian platters is a lot of fun.
I’ve prepared it with sweet peppers, cucumbers, and soft cheeses like cream cheese or goat cheese several times. These would be a great vegetarian low-carb choice.

Crackers, smoked salmon, goat cheese, small cucumbers, cheese cubes, ricotta-stuffed mini peppers with everything except the bagel seasoning, and almonds for added crunch are on my plates.
These are some seriously tasty snack dishes. Don’t you think so? As I previously stated, you are free to mix and match and use whatever you like.

If you don't like ricotta you can use cream cheese or similar to stuff each pepper in half. You can use sesame seeds or everything bagel to sprinkle on the top of peppers and cheese, it's both delicious and appealing.
You may use many crackers, or maybe even bruschetta. As long as it's crunchy it will be fantastic with this.
